Hump day!! Not having a gym membership is no excuse not to exercise. Invest in a good pair of walk/running shoes and start hitting the sidewalk!! Always be aware of your surroundings, and don't wear headphones if exercising by yourself!! And it doesn't hurt to carry a can of pepper spray, I do!!
