I do obsess over one thing on my body, my belly...I think for every woman
it is an issue, especially after popping out a baby. If I feel good about my belly, then I know I am hitting the
fat on my butt, thighs, hips and arms, because for me, my belly is the last place to lose fat!! My exercise routine
is pretty simple really, aerobic, light weights and daily ab work. Two days a week doing lower body weights, two
days on upper. I aim for 35 minutes on aerobic exercise, walk or jog.
I do go to the gym just about
every day to workout during the cold months. Spring through fall, I like to get outdoors as much as I can for my
aerobic workout. Explore my site, there are exercise videos that you can do using your body weight, you
don't need machines! As for aerobic exercise, get outdoors, rain or shine and walk!! And for an extra fat burn
always wear ankle weights or carry light weights. Don't have weights, carry two cans of baked beans, who cares what the neighbors
think. There is no secret diet here, burn more calories than you consume.

Did aerobics for 50 minutes, walked 10 minutes carrying
10lb weights, then switched it up to jogging. I jogged anywhere from 2 minutes to 10 minutes, only 1 minute break in between
sets. When walking I carried 10lb weights. Did my basic upper body routine with 10lb weights, then finished up with 5 minutes
on abs!!

on your shoes and just move!! Tonight I walked for 5 minutes carrying 10lb weights, then stepped it up to jogging 2 minutes,
walk 2 minutes. Did that walk/jog for 2 sets, I then jogged for 5 minutes, walked 1 minute. Then I jogged for 3 minutes, walked
1 minute. Finishing up with a 5 minute jog, 3 minute cool down walk. I then did lower body workout, finishing up with 5 minute
obliques workout!! Just work out, burn the fat!!

times. Walked then for 2 more minutes and finished aerobic with jogging for 18 minutes at a nice steady pace. Did 5 minutes
of leg lifts to work my abs.:)

I finally sat down at 6 p.m., and I so didn't
want to workout, but I pushed myself to get to the gym with my Hubby. I walked the treadmill on an incline at a normal pace
while reading Fitness magazine for 25 minutes. I then jogged at a good pace for 5 minutes finishing up with several minutes
on my abs. Push yourself to walk today!!

By the time I finished up with cooking for my parents and my normal daily routine, I didn't have time. My little guy had a

As I walked, I did over head arm extensions on and off. I then hit the lower weight machines at the gym with my Hubby. During
the day, I posted a new workout video for lower body!! If you don't have access to a gym, working out at home does work! I
lost all my weight gain after pregancy from walking around my home! So get out and walk!! Don't have weights, carry two cans
of beans!

I walked for 10 minutes at a normal pace while doing
my basic upper body workout to work out my arms (see Video page). For the next 30 minutes I jogged 2 minutes, walk 1 minute
not carrying the weights, making it 10 sets. I then did my upper body workout again. And to finish up I hit the floor and
worked my abs for 10 minutes. :)

I jogged for 10 minutes at at a comfortable pace. Cool down of 1 minute walk. I then hit lower body weight machines for 30
minutes.

fast, then started a steady jog. I could have went an hour, but had to pick up my little guy from school and get him to his
basketball. I ended up running for 30 minutes. Then came inside to do some lower body floor work.

My little guy was
sick today, so we stayed home with him and did yard work for 5 hours, s that was my workout today. I did squats
as I pulled weeds and was pulling bags of weeds/dirt out of my garden area doing squats. So a bit of a change today was good,
back to the normal routine tomorrow. And only 3 lbs over from yesterday on my weight from eating big on Easter. Have a good

Hit the treadmill
today, started with a normal walk for 5 minutes. I then did 6 sets of jog fast for 4 minutes, walk 1 minute (carried 8lb weights
while I walked). I then switched and did 5 sets of jog 1 minute, walk 1 minute. Cool down of 2 minutes of walking normal pace.
I then did my basic upper arm routine with my basic ab work (see videos). :)

bit of a head cold. I did 10 minutes of upper body work with 10lb weights (upper body workout coming soon on video page).

walked at a fast pace carrying 8lb weights in each hand on a treadmill for 35 minutes. I then jogged at a steady pace for
17 minutes, cool down walk for 2 minutes. And once my little one gets home from school, going to hit the park path and
walk/jog with him for an hour while he rides his bike. Please move your body and walk today!!!

Walked at a steady pace for 5
minutes to warm-up. I then jogged 5 minutes, walk 1. I did 4 sets of jog, walk. I then did lower leg body workout for 30 minutes.
Even if your tired, just get out for a 10 minute walk, you will feel better!!

Nice late morning
workout with my Hubby. I carried 8lb weights for a fast walk for 10 minutes. I then stepped it up a bit to running at a steady
normal pace for 10 minutes. I then did a fast walk for 1 minute, fast jog for 1 minute, I did 10 sets of this. I then jogged
it out for 10 more minutes at a steady pace. I then hit the floor to work off some belly fat with 10 minutes of basic ab work...:)

I started out
today with a 5 minute fast pace walk. Then I jogged at a nice steady pace for 4 minutes, then walked 1 minute fast. I
repeated this set 6 times. I then followed up with a 15 minute upper body workout. Please check back soon for my workout routines.

I walked for 5 minutes carrying a 10lb weight
in each hand. I then walked fast for 1 minute, and jogged fast for 4 minutes, I repeated this for 8 sets. I then jogged at
a normal pace for 10 minutes, cool down walk for 5 minutes. I then hit the floor for some ab work. I did 30 ab leg lifts,
followed with 20 scissor ab scissors, then I did 20 bicycle crunches. Please come back soon and see my ab video that

Hello, I had
a good warm-up of 5 minutes. walking at a good pace. I then jogged as fast as could for 30 seconds, follow by 30 seconds
of fast walk. I did this set of fast jog/walk for 20 minutes. I then switched it to fast jog for 2 minutes, fast walk for
30 seconds. I did this set for 10 minutes. Ended with a 5 minute walk. I then did lower body workout with 5 minutes
of ab twists on an incline bench holding a 25# weight...Burn Baby Burn!!

Did a hilly
path today carrying 10lbs in each hand for 30 minutes. I then jogged at a fast pace for 30 seconds, then switched to a fast
walk (as fast as I could) for 30 seconds. I repeated the jog/walk 30 second switch for 25 minutes. I ended my routine
with 5 minutes on my abs. And I always stretch!

Day off today.
I spent several hours in the kitchen cooking, and at my weight and height I burn around 80 calories a day. Works for me!

I walked
outdoors with my Hubby today on a walk/bike path. We walked at a fast pace for 10 minutes. Then for the next
30 minutes, we jogged a 100 steps then walked fast for 50 steps. Real simple good aerobic exercise, you can
do 6 steps, walk 20, set your own pace. Get Moving!!

Walked for
5 minute warm up, jogged for 40 minutes with my Hubby at a pace of 5mph.. He was a bit faster today than me around 5.8mph,
with a couple of walking minutes in the 40 minutes, did just over 4 miles today. I love that my Hubby can walk/jog over 4
miles within 50 minutes....:)

Got outdoors
today, beautiful summer weather, crazy. I walked 5 minutes, jogged for 45 minutes, and finished up with basic ab work. Then
me and my hubby took our little one to a waterpark, walked and waddled for 6 hours straight in water. Get out and walk!!

I fast
walked for 10 minutes chasing after my little guy on his bike. Then I jogged for 10 minutes, stopped and did forward lunges
on both legs. 3 sets of 12 on each leg. I then did the ply squat for 3 sets of 20, and another 10 minutes of jogging.
About an hour after this little exerise set, I went to the gym and walked jogged for 30 minutes on the treadmill. I then did
lower body workout with weights. Please check back often, I will be putting up workout videos for the busy mom. :)

3/19/12 Set treadmill to 4mph at an incline of 8 for 40 minutes. I then walked for 10 minutes at 4mph at an incline
of 1, followed by another 10 minutes of jogging at 6mph. Floor work on abs doing scissor kicks for 5 minutes and side scissors
for 4 minutes. I then used a medicine ball doing the v-sit with a twist for 3 sets of 12. And as usual, I stretch, stretch,
stretch!! Love how my lower back feels after a good stretch. Now you might not have a gym membership, so get outdoors and
walk, walk, walk. Videos are coming soon to show you how easy it is to sculpt your body with just a few pieces of equipment

Worked out with
my Hubby & Daughter. I walked at a steady pace for 20 minutes carrying 10lb weights, one in each hand. I then did some
basic free
weight upper body exercises with the 10 lb weights for 10 minutes. Next, I ran at a pace of 6mph for 4 minutes,
then walked for 1 minute. I repeated this aerobic 4 times, and then finished up with running for 10 minutes at 6mph and a
nice stretch out after 5 minutes of basic ab work.

by using houses today. I ran 2 houses, walked two houses. Did basic sit-ups for 5 minutes.

3 sets of walk/2 mins. then jog 3 mins...
I then switched it up to walk 1 minute, jog 4. I repeated this set 6 times.
I carried 5lb weights while I did my aerobic exercise today. Next, I did 10 minutes of ab work. :)

3 sets of 12 kickbacks using a bench
3 sets of 8 kickbacks using body weight
back to the treadmill
walk at 4mph carrying 8lb weight each hand for 5 minutes
jog 5.5mph
for 5 minutes
walk 4mph for 1 minute carrying weights
jog 5.5mph for 5 minutes
walk 4mph for 1 minute carrying weights
jog 5.5mph for 5 minutes
walk 4mph for 10 minutes carrying weights
cool down 3 minutes at level 3.5mph
while I cool down I do a few
more overhead presses until my arms are weak
this is an exercise you can
do outdoors, put ankle and wrist weights on
Please get out and exercise,
you will only feel better :)

switch it to jogging for 3 minutes at 6 mph

do this sequence for the next
12 minutes
I then went and did some lower body weight
for 25 minutes
5 minutes on belly work
You can do this routine at home, walk outdoors, then jog...you
can use houses as your marks for when you walk then switch to jogging, even
street lights.
do lunges, squats and situps in your home...just do it, get some movement in daily
for 35 minutes, and a healthy diet, the weight will come off...:)
