I do this move at the gym, leg curls, twice a week. I do 3 sets of 8 using 40lb
or 50lbs.

I do three sets of 10, 90# weights on machine at gym.

I do 3 sets of 12 reps at 40#s. Or I do 3 sets of 12 at 55#s.

Outer thigh and butt exercise. I do 205lbs set of 8, then set of 6. I
then lower weight to 165lbs for a set of 8.

CLICK HERE Inner Thighs & Butt Toner
Inner Thighs & Bum Machine. I do 205#s, two sets of twelve, then take weight down
to 165#s and do another set of 12, then stretch forward to stretch my inner thighs.

I do 3 sets on each leg, 10 reps each. I do weighted lifts,
50 or 70 pounds, depends how I feel.

The Jill Exercise, lol, with the hamstring curl machine.
I swear by this move for my bum where it meets my thigh, helps tone and tighten that area! I do 50 lbs. on each leg, 3 sets.
8 reps or 12 reps in each set, this exercise I definitely feel the burn when I am done. Extend your leg but don't straighten
out your knee all the way. And try to keep your hips parallel to the floor with each extension.

Holding a 25lb weight I do 9 torso
twists. A twist to each side counts as one twist, I do 3 sets of 9. Then I finish up with 20 basic crunches without letting
my back touch the bench.
