Fancy Corn Chex Cereal
Ingredients:
4 cups corn chex
1 cup milk
4oz applesauce
1 1/2 tsp almond flavor
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Recipe Mix:
Place all ingredients into your food processor and
pulse til smooth. Add more chex if you need it thicker or milk for smoother.

Mexican Eggs
Ingredients:
8 eggs
1 cup skim milk
1 1/2 cups salsa
1 Tbsp butter
1 cup skim mozzarella
1 cup eggplant, diced, peel removed
1 Tbsp chili powder
1/4 tsp pepper
8 slices wheat bread, toasted
Recipe Mix:
Olive oil spray your frying pan and set to medium high. Place all ingredients while stirring in order listed
except bread into pan. Turn the setting down to medium low and let the mixture cook through about 8 minutes on medium
low. Remove from stove, let cool, then place into food processor and add the toasted bread in pieces. Pulse til desired consistency,
add more salsa or water to make creamier.

Ingredients:
6 organic wildberry acai toaster pastries
1 cups oats
1 cup blueberries
1 cup milk
1 1/2 Tbsp I

Blend all ingredients in your food processor, add more milk to make smoother or oats to make creamier.
